Kyle True

Manager

Kyle was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. The fifth generation in Natrona County, he attended the University of Wyoming and graduated with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. After marrying the love of his life, he started his career with Amoco as a Production Engineer in Denver. However, after his family started growing, his strong roots steadily drew him back to Wyoming. Returning to his hometown, Kyle moved to True Oil where he worked numerous roles, eventially becoming manager. In 2005, he branched out and started Diamond Oil & Gas. Kyle is devoted to his wife and seven children who fuel his dedication to flourish in the Rocky Mountains. 

Randy Wesnitzer

CFO

Randy has been with Diamond Oil & Gas since its inception. Randy is a PharmD published in medical journals and textbooks, and he worked as the Director of Clinical Pharmacy at Wyoming Medical Center before joining Diamond as its Chief Financial Officer. He manages the finances of Diamond, the "Family Office" functions, and gives input on all technical and scientific aspects of DOG. Randy also has oilfield experience and has managed retail franchises and family office portfolios. The Wesnitzer family makes Wyoming their home and enjoy weekends backpacking and outdoors.

Connor True

Operations

Born in Wyoming and raised around the Diamond Oil & Gas team, Connor has been around oil and gas operations much of his life. After graduating from the University of Wyoming with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, Connor broke out in the field with an engineering job for Kaiser Francis Oil in the Northern DJ Basin. He was then transferred to the Permian with Kaiser to help start their Permian Basin Operation. After this experience, Connor moved to Discovery Operating in the Midland Basin as a Completions and Production Engineer. Feeling the call of the wild, Connor moved his family back to the Rocky Mountain region to join the DOG team. Connor now manages all aspects of the DOG operations as well as consults for all production, work over, and facility customers.

Michael Wolfe

CPA

Michael is also a native of Casper. He earned his M.S. in accounting from Western Governors University, and, prior to joining Diamond Oil & Gas team, worked for four years in public accounting where he acquired his CPA certificate. Michael is well versed in GAAP accounting, tax preparation, and reporting, and he manages and oversees all accounting functions for Diamond. Michael is motivated by his faith and his family to provide the most honest and accurate accounting data possible to Diamond, its customers, and its vendors in order that all parties can grow and flourish.
